uket and Bangkok safari. Phuket to Phi phi island not well planned lower deck was booked and had to put money from pocket to upgrade.Top of that 1000TBH for national park visit. Just had a small visit to monkey island then lunch and time for self exploring.For non activity ppl a small.boat trip would have been worth to explore the cave and all .Lunch was not as expected in the phiphi island. Bangkok -Major tourist attraction Grand palace was not included the trip ended by 11.30 instead of Gems gallery could have included sky walk or Grand palace .Looks like as there is entry fee executive have planned in such a way that places where entry fee is less was included like marble temple etc. Pros Bangkok hotel was awesome and in prime location. Chao river cruise was worth. Overall feedback as flight tickets were booked by self.The amount given for the trip to plan could have been little more worth by including few places which have entry fee and were important rather than going for low budget places. Chao Paraya River cruise, Safari world ,Dolphin Show.

They have tied up with some other agency in Thailand so this agency doesn't have full control and they have to depend on third party which could lead to delays and some inconveniences. tour guide informed us that we can do the snorkling. The plan need to be known in advance to wear the necessary cloths. 2nd, sometimes pickup times are very early in the morning - even we don't get good time to have a breakfast in hotel. Min pickup time should be post 8:30 AM. We have asked to get ready for pickup by 7 am. How is it possible to get ready by 7 with breakfast. We come for leisure and this early pickups are not good experience.

y package rate rent higher from 47500 to 54000 approx, just because the hotel went under maintenance, The booking could have been shifted to other hotel immediately but the Travel agency took their sweet time and due to that the hotel rate went higher as it was peak time already, this happened 5-6 days before the trip. Which costed me 4.9k extra. But the trip went very well and peacefully, But for suggestion please avoid the above issue and follow up with the hotels and keep a backup.

The cabs provided for local transport were excellent, and the drivers were always punctual, arriving at the hotel reception exactly as scheduled. A special mention goes to our Bangkok and Pattaya coordinator, Sunny ji. He not only managed our trips to Pattaya and Bangkok flawlessly but also helped us make the most of our extra time by suggesting additional places to visit. During our Pattaya visit, we were unaware of the Fire Festival, but Sunny ji not only recommended we attend but also provided clear instructions on how to get there. Honestly, the Fire Festival was a highlight of our trip and truly "Paisa Wasool."
